Hi everyone, we’re looking for two female flatmates for a 3bhk that we’ve recently finalised in Malviya Nagar , New Delhi.WITHOUT BROKERAGE.
It’s a 3bhk unfurnished with open balcony and well lit rooms but we have all the furnishing for the living room and kitchen and an extra study table that you can buy or rent.
Location and rent-
The house is 1 km away from both Hauz khas and malviya Nagar metro and 10 mins away from NIFT. Rent is 28,000/- which will be divided between three rooms equally thus making it 9.3k and also security 9.3k.
About the house-
There are only two washrooms in the flat and the one attached with a single room is an Indian washroom and the other one is in the common area and will be shared between two rooms. The kitchen is modular.
Other option-
The other option we have is to share the flat with only one more person who can occupy the other room and we can use one room as a common workspace and you can have a separate washroom but in that case the rent will be 14k, so if your budget is upto that in a good locality, then also feel free to DM us.
Other facilities:
Parking space is available and a caretaker is there at the main entrance.
There is free drinking water at no extra cost and we have the WiFi bill paid for one month.
