🌿 Your Private Getaway in Panchgani Awaits! 🌄
Tucked away on the serene outskirts of Panchgani, this beautiful private estate is surrounded by lush greenery and offers uninterrupted views of the stunning Bhilar waterfalls and scenic valleys. Whether you're lounging in the cozy bedrooms, relaxing on the verandah, enjoying the heated pool, or spending time on the open lawn — you're always treated to a magical panorama of the hills.

🏊♂️ Swimming Pool
Our private pool is located right next to the game room — perfect for a refreshing dip after some indoor fun! It’s 1214 sq. ft. in size and 5 ft. deep, and is open from 8 AM to 10 PM. (Please note: it remains closed during the monsoon season.)
🍽️ Kitchen & Meals
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, gas stove, and water purifier. We’ve got crockery and cutlery for up to 18 guests. Plus, our lovely caretaker can whip up meals for you at an extra charge.
🎲 Fun & Games
Enjoy a fully stocked game room with a snooker table, table tennis, carrom, and board games. For the little ones (and the young at heart), there’s also a trampoline, cricket set, basketball, and bicycles — subject to seasonal availability.
📌 A Few Helpful Things to Know:
We don’t accept all-boys groups (stags).
There are 40–50 steps leading up to the villa from the parking area.
Secured parking is available for up to 4 cars.
Power backup is available via inverter.
Outdoor spaces include slopes and steps, so children should be supervised.
WiFi works based on local network availability. Mobile networks like Jio, Airtel, and VI work fairly well here.
