Quick Recipe:
◼️Wash & Soak Sabudana for 5-6 hours or overnight.
◼️Add Groundnut oil in a wok , add some peanuts & fry them until nicely done.
Remove & keep it aside.
◼️In the same Wok , add cumin seed & green chilli. Sauté for few seconds.
◼️Add boiled & peeled potato cubes.
Fry until light golden in color.
◼️Add Fasting salt & freshly ground black pepper.
Mix well.
◼️Now add soaked sabudana ( add fasting salt separately) .Add some coriander leaves & mix well.
◼️Cover the lid & cook for about 4-5 minutes.
◼️Open the lid & mix well .
◼️Add roasted cumin powder , powdered sugar & loads of chopped coriander leaves.
◼️Now add crushed peanuts.
◼️Cook uncovered about 5-6 minutes.
◼️Tadaaaa it’s ready to serve.
Serve hot & immediately 🙏
