Local rice ( dhan Chamal ) ,Gundruk(fermented leafy green vegetables), Sisnu(Nettle 🍃),Nigro(fiddlehead fern),Saag(spinach),thanba(bamboo shoot), Kinema(Indigenous fermented soybean), Churpi(Traditional Cheese),Sekuwa(Roasted meat 🍖 in natural wood), Sukuti(Traditional dried meat ), Wachipa(Typical dish with rice,minced chicken & powder of burnt feathers of chicken,the powder gives a unique bitter taste),Dhindo (traditional food prepared by mixing water with wheat 🌾 flour),phapar(boquite) roti (flat bread), Selroti ( traditional home made sweet ring-shaped rice bread/doughnut), Khapjey(Tibetan biscuit), Organic Pickles.
