02. Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon
departure. If guests do not return the key card they are obliged to
pay the penalty of Rs.500/-
03. Rooms can only be
used by guests who are duly registered at the
reception with a valid identity document and are non-exchangeable
between guests.
04. Smoking in rooms and other common areas (reception, restaurant,
lobby, common bathrooms) are strictly prohibited.
05. Hotel bears no
responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In
case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform
Reception.
06. In guest rooms, DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. This sign
cannot be displayed more than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel
reserves right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.
07. It is not allowed to take explosives, weapons, inflammable materials
or other dangerous chemicals in to the hotel.
08. For any damage caused by the guest to the hotel property, the guest
is due to cover the cost of damage to the hotel.
09. It is not allowed to take out from the hotel the room
inventory(pillows, blankets, towels, etc.)
10. In case of fire alarm, please follow instructions from the evacuation
plan attached on the inside of your main room door.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Reservation of room is made only after receiving 25% payment
2. Booking within 10 days of check-in date, requires 100% payment.
3. Full refund will be made for cancellations received 30 days befor
date of arrival.
4. 50% refund will be made for cancellations received 10 days before
date of arrival.
5. No refund will be made for cancellations received within 10 days of
arrival date.
6. In the event of no show, no refund will be made.
7. In the event of cancellation of flight or ferry, no refund will be made
and the hotel bears no responsibility for the bookings.
