Breakwater Rents bicycles and scooties to their guests at a very reasonable daily price. The beaches on Neil are different everywhere you visit. Breakwater has a very nice long sandy beach to walk along only a few minutes walk on the beach and you'll reach a secluded sandy bay to swim at.
