It is a Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation approved project, located in a fairly thick forest and a catchment area in Velvand Village, Tal Bhor at the backwaters of Bhatghar Dam. of fun activities to do with your friends and family. One can relax and unwind in the Farmhouse Bungalow accommodating 20 people with an extensive water-view. You can use the Bungalow for Birthday Parties, Get together, Hiking, Camping, Yoga Seminar, Motivational Program, Conference, Stargazing, Kitty Party, Hurda Party, Festival Celebration, Wedding Anniversary, “Dohal Jevan” Ceremony, Naming Ceremony, “Munja” Ceremony, etc. The Special Packages are:

OVERNIGHT STAY PACKAGE
RS. 1850/- for adults and Rs. 900/- for children 5-12yrs (minimum 9 Adults). One meal and one snack would be served free of cost! Arrival sharp by 11 am and departure by 10 am on the next day. DAY PACKAGE
Rs. 1,150/- for an adult and Rs. 600/- for a child between age 5-12 yrs (min. 9 adults). One veg lunch would be served free of cost! Arrival by 11 am and departure sharp by 6 pm. MINI PACKAGE:
