What an absolutely brilliant short film on how "schools" - so called temples of education destroys children's natural instinct and brains.

It is how we all have been duped for 15 years in schools to understand very few basics of nature - instead fitted with "artificial" economics and unnecessary systems to be followed.

This is Tushar - who returned to his village dreaming of building an eco-friendly space on his own land. He has been quite successful so far, and is also active in conducting workshops at his site and at other places as well.

He teaches roof-making with bamboo and other materials and challenges the 'cement-culture' even our villages are adopting today. You may read the details of one of his workshops conducted near Bangalore.

It was not about teaching children how to make roof so they can make their own roofs :). But the idea was to create an environment of work and experience how we can find joy by doing.

While NASA satellite Grace projects depleting ground-water in northern part of India, we can no more be in denial of human effects on nature. Even though nature does not need us to revive itself, its we who need nature for survival.

Groundwater beneath northern India’s farms and cities has been disappearing. Hydrologists, like NASA's Matt Rodell, have been hunting for it.
