Nana Patekar — A Legacy That Will Always Live On 🖤

Nana Patekar (Vishwanath Patekar) was born on 1 January 1951 in Murud-Janjira, Maharashtra. He began his film journey with Gaman in 1978 and went on to leave a lasting mark with powerful performances in Parinda, Krantiveer, Prahaar, Natsamrat, and Welcome.

On 8 October 2026, at the age of 75, he passed away in Goa following a cardiac arrest.

Indian cinema has lost a truly remarkable and influential artist.

A cave where nature performs Jal Abhishek 24/7. 🕉️✨

Hidden amidst the lush greenery of Dehradun, Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple is a sacred cave temple where the Shivling is naturally bathed by continuously dripping water from the cave ceiling.

The constant tap-tap of water is believed to be the reason behind the name Tapkeshwar. 🌿💧

According to local belief, this is the ancient Drona Gufa, associated with Guru Dronacharya. Inside the cave, the peaceful atmosphere, natural rock formations and the sound of dripping water create an experience that feels truly different from a regular temple visit.
