‘Intentional movement experience’

This is a very specially curated session using Zumba, a small HIIT, some grounding exercises, dance, breath work and meditation to move intentionally through the 5 elements of nature (earth water fire air and ether)

It’s my birthday week 😁 and the last session for this year so to make this extra special,

I am collaborating with (Sumit is one of the very fabulous handpan players in the country and owns the first and only Handpan academy in India)

He will be playing a sound meditation piece as a part of the cool down ✨

It would mean so much if you are a part of it and share this with your people because I am very passionate to do this and share all the lovely things I’ve learnt with you so you can use them even after this session. So we all grow.
My intention is to have you connect , move with yourself and feel great physically, mentally and spiritually 💜
