We are pleased to share new Rotational Rafting Guidelines introduced by the Ganga Nadi Rafting Rotation Samiti wef 15th February, 2019, under the aegis and directions of Uttarakhand Tourism.
Salient Features :
1. All Rafting activities will be organised on first come first served basis
2. Rafting will be initiated and end only from / at designated points
3. Standard minimum rates / person / raft per rafting trip will be applicable depending on the distance
4. One way group pick up transportation (from the rafting / booking office to the rafting start point) included in the standard minimum rate
5. All rafting enthusiasts coming to Rishikesh to note that all rafting bookings will be done only through certified / notified operating offices with upfront payment and under proper billing and receipts
6. Please beware of any unscrupulous operator or agent offering rafting at cheaper rates or customized distance or any bundled rafting + camping offer not in line with the guidelines
We thank GNRRS and Uttarakhand Tourism for introducing these very forward looking guidelines for organised rafting in Rishikesh, which we believe will significantly elevate the quality of experience, professional and safety standards of this very popular adventure activity in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand - Simply Heaven !!!
