On Day 2 the cadets of Rashtriya Military School, Dholpur had an interactive session with Maj. General BS Grewal, VSM, former Deputy Commandant of the NDA, former principal YPS Patiala and Head of the Maharaja Ranjit Singh Academy from where he has successfully placed over 50 students and 3 instructors at the NDA. Today the ADC's of all three Service Chiefs are his old students.
The cadets also had a fruitful and engaging session with Dr. Dinesh Sharma, M. Sc, M.Phil, Ph. d SRF, B.Ed, PGDSC, GCC UCLA Ext. Head of PPS Nabha. Dr. Sharma was commissioned 1st in order of merit from the Air Force Adminitrative College, Coimbatore and has served as ANO, NCC (Airwing) for over 15 years. He has trained over 1000 students in leadership and in career guidance.
We were grateful that they both very generously spent the entire day with the group giving them valuable insights and training the cadets for their forthcoming NDA interviews.
