Two Suites ( with two bedrooms and one attached bath) + Two Deluxe Rooms (with attached bath). Additional facilities:
Living Rooms, Drawing Room, Dining Rooms, 2000 Sq. ft open Patio,
Activities for kids : badminton, table tennis, Board Games, Roller Skating etc. During the Ongoing COVID Pandemic, The management has decided not to Let out the property to multiple guests /Groups. The Property shal

l be let out to only one group at a time, irrespective of Group Size. There are two variable rates…
Tariff per night : 24000 for the entire Villa for Group of 7-12 PAX. Children Below 5 are not Counted. Tariff per night : 20000 for the entire Villa for Group of upto 6 PAX. Children Below 5 are not
Extra Bed – 1500/- per Night. (For more than 12 PAX)
Inclusive of taxes / Wi-Fi / Parking. (We are presently not covered under GST)

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Mid Meal Snacks can be provided on advance order at extra cost (As per attached menu). Our cancellation policy is as under :
Cancellation 10 days prior to check in date - 100% Refund of advance
Cancellation within 3 to 9 days of Check-in Date - Deduction of 50% of one days’ tariff
Cancellation within 72 hours of Travel - Deduction equivalent to one days' Tariff
