This week we hosted a lovely French couple in their 60s who are travelling across India. After years spent raising kids, working hard, and building a life back home, they’ve now chosen to slow down and explore the world together.

They stayed with us for a week at Captain’s Camp, enjoying the calm, nature, and the simple rhythm of life here.

It’s inspiring to see how travel sometimes begins at the most beautiful stage of life.

Some guests bring beautiful stories with them. Recently we hosted a lovely couple from the UK . The lady has been fascinated by Indian culture since childhood, especially the stories of Ramayan and Mahabharat.
She joyfully wore dozens of bangles and loved adorning her hair with flower garlands, embracing our traditions so gracefully. One of the most special moments was their early morning visit for darshan at Marikamba Temple.
Moments like these remind us how travel connects cultures and hearts. ✨

We recently hosted a lovely UK couple who first met another couple while travelling in India. What started as a chance connection soon turned into a beautiful travel companionship — and since then, they’ve been exploring places together, staying at the same destinations and making memories as a little travel tribe ✨

And the story didn’t stop there… During their stay at our property, they bonded with another Indian couple too. Different countries, different cultures — but the same love for travel, nature, and meaningful connections.

Moments like these remind us that travel isn’t just about places, it’s about people you meet along the way 🌿

Recently, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting a truly special group of ladies — sisters in their 60s who have turned togetherness into an annual ritual. Leaving behind spouses, routines, and responsibilities, they chose our property as their little retreat to celebrate life after retirement.
