CKDIMT, Tarn Taran celebrated the vibrant festival of Lohri with immense joy and cultural enthusiasm on 09 January 2025. The event brought together staff, students, and members of the community in a warm and joyful celebration of our rich cultural heritage and unity. 🌸🌸

The festivities commenced with the traditional ritual of offering til to the bonfire, symbolizing gratitude and reverence for the agricultural roots of the festival. The crackling flames of the bonfire 🪵🔥 filled the atmosphere with warmth and festive cheer as everyone gathered to embrace the true spirit of togetherness.

The Lohri celebration beautifully reflected a harmonious blend of cultural traditions and community bonding, leaving everyone with cherished memories of this joyous occasion.

CKD, IMT, Tarn Taran Hotel Management Department organised an event on selling & marketing techniques. It is an important part of the hotel as the various departments of the hotels are directly engaged in the marketing and selling of services and products like- Food(Chocolate ), Facilities & guest rooms. Students of BHMCT-7th Sem participated in this play. It is part of their curriculum with the help of this activity students will learn how to sell the facilities and food items. It will also help them in their job while they will engage in the front office & in other departments of the hotel. Students will simulate various roles within a hotel or restaurant environment, encouraging practical learning, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. We are committed to our teaching duties. These types of practicals shall be continued in future also

CKD Institute of Management & Technology Tarn Taran celebrated Traditional 🍀🍀TEEJ FIESTA 🍀🍀with full enthusiasm & pompous. The celebration was started with Modelling. Everyone there was in traditional attire. The girls showcased their art by presenting Folk songs, Dance, Giddha, and Modelling. Students looked mesmerizing in Punjabi attire with Henna on their hands. The grandeur was lit up with the convention of the girls of all age groups. Swings, were completely amusing part that rejoiced by everyone.
On this occasion President Local committee CKDCS & member incharge of CKDIMT S.Harjit Singh and Principal of Ckdimt Tarn Taran S.Jasbir Singh were present and honor students with Ms. TEEJ and Ms. Elegant awards and medals. Students performances were remarkable.
