We have decided to reopen our hotel and restaurant from tomorrow, the 12th November 2020 following the new normal SOPs from the Arunachal Pradesh Govt.
There are a few guidelines that need to be followed by each travel agency before booking with your guests.
1. We will be taking bookings through emails. Only pre-booked package tours and bookings done exclusively through local tours operators of the state will be entertained. All tourist transport and ground handling services, including pick up/drop, will have to be done through authorised local travel agents/tour operators.
2. Only domestic tourists will be allowed into the hotel.
3. All tourists should possess a valid Covid-19 negative certificate (RTPCR or True NAT test) from an ICMR designated laboratory/facility. The certificate must be obtained within 72 hours prior to arrival in the state.
4. However, we won't be taking bookings for people over 65 years of age, pregnant women, children under 10 years of age and those suffering from comorbidities
5. All tourists will be required to carry their own protective gear, including face masks, gloves, thermometers and sanitisers.
6. Tourists must also refrain from going into containment zones while traveling.
7. We encourage tourists to undertake digital transactions and limit the use of cash as far as possible.
8. Since the inner line permit (ILP) is mandatory for entry into the state, every tourist while applying for permission will have to provide four additional documents — the Covid-19 certificate, tour booking slip, tour itineraries and details of vehicle, driver and guide.
9. All tourists and accompanying drivers and guides of the tour from outside the state should adhere to the Covid-19 inter-state traveller-testing protocol issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Arunachal Pradesh.
10. The protocol underlines that tourists should strictly observe social distancing norms with a physical distance of two meters per person.
11. Use of the Aarogya Setu app is mandatory for tourist, tour guide and driver.
