FLAVOUR: CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE.
THEME: DRIP CAKE.
This one was for a friends family celebration. It was for the celebration of their moms birthday. As briefed, the whole family loved the choclate truffle cake during there celebration at home. So the obvious choice of flavour it was. And as discussed, the majority of the cake was to be eaten by the kids. So as a baker and a mom of 3 year old, I wanted to keep low with colours and artificial flavours. Even the chocolate garnishes were homemade. This was the cake which was amazing to bake as it was for a close family friend. And the trust showed by them on me was respectable.

FLAVOUR: CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE WITH VANILLA SPONGE.
THEME: ANIMAL PRINT
One of our recent favourites and our speciality. Homemade crunchy chocolate cake filling is one of the most loved flavour. And the combination of vanilla and chocolate is always has nostalgic feeling.
The edible gold and black animal print on the cake makes it look so different. This cake always stands apart from the other cakes because of its unique and simple decoration.

These are getting popular. A variation of Brownie, red velvet and cream cheese. It looks very tempting with its rich red colour. With cream cheese frosting and sprinklers, it looks one of its kind of a tempting dessert.

Another Brownie cake.
Brownie cake have become one of my favorites. This brownie had three layers.
1. Choclate Brownie.
2. Peanut butter.
3. Nutella ganache.
This was kind of snicker Brownie.
P.S: Kindly ignore the decoration, when you have 3yo at home and loves to decorate cake as much as his mom does, this happens.
