This is what the resort looks like from above and it's a whole different view.
You can see the pool sitting right in the middle, surrounded by cottages, trees, and hills all around. No crowd, no noise. Just calm water and a lot of green.
Some places look even better from the sky.

From above, the pool doesn't look like it belongs to a resort — it looks like it belongs to the hills.

That's the thing about Thekkady mornings: the mist doesn't stay in the valley, it comes right up to the water's edge. One quiet lap in, and the mountains feel closer than the loungers.
