It is a successful story of a business man, Mr. K. Raghunath, proprietor of KR Inn started his first venture ‘KR restaurant’ at his home town Perumpilavu on 1983; later on 2006 he started a three star hotel ‘KR INN’ at same town, In between he developed his business as a contractor in the streamer of “KR Builders” from the muse of KR Restaurant he started some more outlets in and around kunnamkulam like KR juice Corner, KR Bakery etc., after a rupture he started one another hotel at kunnamkulam, KR Grand Residency. A hotel that would mould and guide future generations of enlightened minds to the world of perfection and it’s ready to serve all travellers & tourists.
