HAVE YOUR OWN LODGE AT THIRUCHENDUR
INTRODUCTION:
Devotees of Lord Muruga from all over India and abroad are requested to avail this best opportunity of having your own lodge at Thiruchendur and get ride of the problem of getting lodge facility during temple feasts viz “Sri Kandha Sasti”, “Avani Thirunal Festival”, “Masi Thirunal”, “Deepavali and Pongal Festivals and during summer holidays. All you need to do is to deposit in our “Time Share Investment” scheme and book your space on or before 31.01.2015. The construction work will start from March 2015. Only 50 rooms are included in this scheme.
TIME-SHARE DEPOSIT SCHEME
1. We propose to build “Hotel Gayathri” near Sri Subramaniya Swamy Thirukoil, Thiruchendur in the land measuring to an extent of 43.5 cent (about 19000 sft) in Survey No 307/5 Patta No: 1906 Thiruchendur owned by me.
2. A Devotee who is interested in the scheme has to make a non-refundable interest-free deposit of Rs.8.00 Lakhs (Rupees eight lakhs only) with the Hotel Management.
3. The subscriber to our scheme will be provided a fully furnished double bed deluxe A.C room with 24 hours room service which he and his family can avail it for 30 days every year (subject to conditions) free of cost continuously for 14 years from the date of inauguration of the Hotel Gayathri. Preferably during month of November 2016.
4. On payment of Subscription the subscriber and the Management shall enter into a separate agreement in this regard.
5. The subscriber after deposit cannot withdraw from the scheme and claim refund of the deposited amount. However, he can transfer the benefit to anybody else to whom he wishes to transfer subject to the original conditions and after intimation and approval from the Management and upon cancellation of the previous agreement by the original subscriber with the Management and after entering into a fresh tripartite agreement between original Subscriber, new entrant and the Management.
6. The subscriber can also nominate any member of his family to avail the benefit in the event of his sickness or death etc. and the nominee, on production of necessary documents, is at perfect liberty to avail the benefit continuously for the rest of the period.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The subscriber will be provided with ID card.
2. The Subscriber shall bring the ID card whenever he comes for stay.
3. The subscriber has to book his room according to his own convenience for stay in the lodge well in advance i.e. 45 days before “Sri Kantha Sasti” festival; 30 days before all other festivals and 15 days before 1st April-31st May every year. This is only to manage the rush in times of temple feast and to provide better and pleasant service.
4. The Subscriber can also book for his additional room facility on payment basis to accommodate his relatives and friends. Except on festival days.
5. The subscriber, who is unable to visit for any unforeseen reasons in a year, may extend the opportunity to his relatives and friends on proper authorization and prior intimation to Hotel management.
