Every care has been taken to provide students with the best available amenities for a comfortable stay in the Hostel. In return, management expect all the inmates to strictly follow the minimum requirements as detailed below;
1. Hostel gates will be closed from 10 PM till 6 AM next morning.
2. Prior permission shall be taken for going out during this time.
3. Wi-Fi is available 24 hrs.
4. Water purifier is available in each floor for drinking purpose.
5. Gymnasium facility is available on roof top.
6. Student lockers are available in first floor on payment basis.
7. Shuttle badminton and volleyball courts are available.
8. Laundry rooms for both manual and automatic washing and ironing is available.
9.Drying of clothes to be strictly in the designated area, ie on roof top.
10. Geyser is provided in one bathroom in each floor and preference to be given for sick students.
11. Reading room is available in second floor.
12. Water cooler for drinking is available in mess hall verandah.
13. Shower filter for chlorine free bathing is available in all floor toilets.
14. Ceiling light in each room shall be switched off after 10 PM and only individual wall lamps shall be used as a consideration to fellow roommate.
15. No other electrical appliance other than laptop and phone charger is allowed inside the rooms.
16. All kinds of nailing, drilling, stickers, drawings, and posters on walls are strictly prohibited.
17. Additional furniture shall not be brought inside the room.
18. No alteration to the existing facilities in the room is allowed.
19. Any damage to the common facilities like sanitary fittings, water purifiers and light fittings will be the responsibility of students residing in that floor.
20. Rooms will be cleaned and moped by the hostel staff once a week. However cleanliness of the room is the responsibility of the students.
21. Alcoholic drinks, drugs and smoking are strictly prohibited.
22. Pets are not allowed inside the room.
23. All window doors shall be kept closed/opened with lock/stay to avoid damage during wind/rain.
24. Garbage/waste shall be dumped in the respective colored dustbin (green for food waste/yellow for papers and glass/blue for plastic and non-biodegradable waste) identified for its intended use and kept at the end of the corridor of each floor.
25. A smaller dust bin is provided in each room for collection of normal waste like waste paper etc which need to be emptied by the respective room inmates as and when required.
26. Mattress is provided for each student and the protective plastic cover of the mattress shall not be removed.
27. Mess will be managed by students themselves on dividing system with facilities provided by Society.
28. Self service pantry for tea, coffee is available in mess hall.
29. First aid box is available in mess hall.
30. Visitors are not allowed after 8 PM and are strictly not allowed to stay inside the room.
31. Visitors can stay in the rooms of Sathram building on payment basis with prior booking.
32. No female visitor is allowed inside the hostel.
33. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and shall invite criminal prosecution.
34. Authorized hostel officials are entitled to visit rooms randomly to check the condition of the rooms.
35. The above rules and regulations shall be followed by all inmates and any violation will be met with fine or punishment. President Secretary Warden
