DO WE KNOW THAT,20 years back their was no such word called DEPRESSION in our villages. Because we were all touched and worked with mud, mother earth. Mother earth has healed us all the time.
I miss my childhood, when I used to go to farm( khet). Mostly in Chhattisgarh we grow rice.
This so called education, school system has took all my time.

Everybody wanted me to study in city. And I got disconnected with my land.

Those days were the best days to be with buffaloes,cows and goats.
some times spending whole afternoon, stealing mangoes( aam) and tamarid( imli) from others farm. sometimes enjoying being inside the ponds, also sitting on buffalo and crossing the river from one side to another.....

just remembering all of it.

Yes, we are relaunching Inner Focusing Live after a break of almost 4 years spent talking to screens!

And it feels like ... 💃🕺!!!

So …

Inner Focusing will be happening in the City of Lakes from 16th to 18th Feb.

We haven't finalised the venue yet, & hope to have it as an onsite retreat so we can use our evenings for deeper conversations around inner child healing, deeper spirituality, or our relationship with the silent Divine Presence who lives in our heart and guides our soul on the pathways of destiny - when we pay attention to that subtle voice ...

And of course we will celebrate Shivratri at the end of the process, all high & energised by what will have happened over the course of the three days.

Inner Focusing is a very empowering, life-changing program packed with precious insights, simple tools with big leverage, & authentic personal experiences.

This logical mind has so many things to proof with statements, arguments and opinions. Because mind has stored so much of thoughts around it and repeating the same logics in almost every situations: its mind habit after all. I have started loving this beautiful mind when I have started cultivating different languages of love, happiness, peace, bliss, joy, power, knowledge, and purity of soul to mind.

Then I became an observer of mind. ohhh wow, it really works well. Pretty interesting, that I am at peace, and happiness❤️

we only need to see the truth of life and divinity. Mind is like a garden that you can prepare a ground for planting, grow crops, and nurture.
