About Gypsy Child , The Lake Hostel , Udaipur

Gypsy Child hostel is neat boutique space for peaceful and mindful travellers. Stay in the heart of the Old City, literally a stone throw away to the 400-year-old Royal City Palace

We are a neat Bed and Breakfast offering, set on the banks of the Lake Pichola with breathtaking views that's tastefully done, inspired by the Palace decor. Neighbours to

the 400-year-old Royal City Palace and just a 100 metres walk away from the Palace entry gate, it's an ideal starting point for a traveler. Chill on our terrace with your favourite book or simply enjoy the surroundings. If you are lucky you will spot parrots, squirrels, and langoors during the day! Comfortable bunks,nutritious breakfast, a concierge, a tea room where we discuss Udaipur all day and a lovely terrace. Location

Our location is our favorite part. We are super close to all attractions. Be it Bagore Ki Haveli, Jagdish Temple, Lake Palace Road or Hathi Pol Bazaar, you can do everything on foot. Accommodation
We have three dorms ARKA, NOOR & NAGDA with 6 bunk beds each. You can also choose to stay at ARAVALLI, a private double terrace room where you can experience sunset lying down from your bed:)

We understand that hygiene and safety is your utmost priority, be rest assured that we take special care in maintaining standards recommended by WHO for our establishment. We are 45 minutes away from the Maharana Pratap Airport and 15 minutes away from the Udaipur Railway Station. It's a 2-minute walk from the City Palace Gate.Since it's an Old City, it has it's own limitations (we consider it an old world charm!) i.e. a steep, downhill walk.
