We have a few spots left for our YOGA & SURF retreat 🏄🏼‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️
We have teamed up with incredible yoga teachers Laura from Spain and Anand from Chennai. They are passionate yoga teachers who set up retreats all around India.
We have collaborated to create an amazing 3 day retreat to enjoy both YOGA & SURF.
Reasons to practice YOGA & SURF?

- Yoga improves your surfing
- Improve your balance to stand on the surf board
- Improve your strength to paddle for the wave
- Improve your awareness & concentration to be able to have correct timing in catching the wave
