NAMASTE DEAR VARKALA EXPLORERS.

RELAX.
FEEL THE STRETCH.
CONNECT WITH YOURSELF.
FEEL THE DEVINITY WITHIN YOU.

Drop in and find out about Yoga and yourself
with Spiritual Hatha Yoga by Pradhi.

Never did any Yoga before?
Or it's long ago and you feel you want to start again and treat yourself on holidays?

Our classes are perfect for Beginners and Intermediate.

Find the Cliff Entrance to MAD ABOUT COCO close to our connected seafront Restaurant SUN FRANSISCO, maybe you come a bit earlier and chill with a Hot Ginger Tea before you join the class and listen to some Mantras there. The staff will show you the way to the Yoga Shala.
Classes start at 8:30am & 5pm.
The duration is 90 min.
Please pay the teacher directly after the class.

We are looking forward to welcoming you.
