Pathetic service received from Snehanjali electronics Virar west bolinj road. posting it as if anyone planning to buy a product from them avoid buying one as after sales service sucks big time and the staff is rude and lack knowledge or customer service . Just a heads up of my issue for you all to know .
Had bought a Carrier split Ac in June 2020 and got first servicing done . Now within months the Ac is leaking had got a technician from carrier checked who said the fitting was done by snehanjalj technician and not done properly and they would not be able to help . And they have their tie up with third party company to install the Ac . Went twice to Snehanjali and they are least bothered .
So friends avoid buying products from Snehanjali to be saved from Worst after sales service .
