Mrs. वेदावती नातू यांनी नेहमीच आपल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांची काळजी घेतली आहे, विशेषतः महिला कर्मचाऱ्यांची. त्यांच्या समस्या सोडवण्यापासून ते त्यांच्या कुटुंबांना मदत करण्यापर्यंत त्या नेहमी त्यांच्या पाठीशी उभ्या राहिल्या आहेत. त्यांचा विचार अगदी साधा आहे, या महिलांना घरी अनेक अडचणी असतात, म्हणून त्यांच्या कामाच्या ठिकाणी त्यांना स्थिरता आणि आनंद मिळायला हवा. त्यांचं कार्यस्थळ हे त्यांच्यासाठी सुरक्षित आणि आनंदाचा ठिकाण असावं.

आज संक्रांतीच्या निमित्ताने आम्ही हळदीकुंकू साजरं केलं.

Raja. People call in to specifically ask for his food. He’s not your typical commercial chef but someone more emotionally dedicated to his job. People often say a restaurant ideally runs on a system and standard procedures. They often overlook that cooking is an art as much as it is chemistry. Raja is our artist. His recipes are customer centric more than recipe centric. We see the satisfaction on his face when the customers are happy. Almost all of our regular customers know him and have his phone number!
