Alright, let’s get one thing straight.

We are NOT a resort and we don’t claim any “resort” type facilities. We are a 'holiday home' and what we do is, provide you friendly service and home styled accommodation. The emphasis is very much on comfort, cleanliness, security and privacy, so that you can have a great time.

'The view' is fantastic and our service teams have a comprehensive knowledge of Wayanad, and are always game to give

you a tip or two on how to spend your well-deserved break. We have ten duplex villas of 1400sq ft each, which can be booked as a unit or you could rent a room in one of the villas.We have meeting facilities to accommodate up to 60 delegates and the location is ideal for a team building trip or for your next corporate event. All villas have 2 spacious balconies facing the misty Chembra peak . We offer 3G holidays for the entire 3-generation family, under one roof. The first (senior citizen) generation, who just want to sit back and relax, will be more than comfortable on the easy chairs in the balcony, sipping their coffee and reading, or just lose themselves in misty chembra peak draping the horizon. The second generation, young , strong and adventurous, can leave the parents in the comfort of the 'meadows' and go out exploring wayanad and the 3rd generation, if too small for adventures / sight seeing trips, can stay back with the grandparents inside the walled, gated & secured property. Guests can take a short walk to the main road and find several handicraft and forest-products shops. We can organize the meals, based on your requirements, or organize your own 'Barbeque evenings' as well. With options aplenty, just let us know and we can create special evenings for you .
