This summer, Mr. Gangula Venkatesh played an important role in creating peaceful and comfortable stays for families visiting Yercaud. As part of the Housekeeping team, he carefully prepared every room to feel fresh, welcoming, and ready for moments of rest after a day spent exploring the hills.

From arranging amenities with care to responding quickly to guest requests, he took pride in making sure every space reflected warmth and comfort. For him, the most rewarding part of the season was knowing that his attention to detail helped guests fully relax and enjoy their time together in the refreshing weather of Yercaud.

As part of the F&B Service team, he brought thoughtful hospitality to every table — introducing guests to seasonal specialties, ensuring seamless service, and creating an atmosphere where families could truly relax and connect.
