Oggi i nostri ospiti Maltesi hanno avuto un grosso problema con la loro auto.
E così ho passato il mio sabato mattina di lavoro a cercare di aiutarli, nonostante tutto chiuso perché è un sabato prefestivo.
La più grande soddisfazione di questo mio lavoro, pesante, senza feste da godere, senza orari, senza domeniche libere è riuscire sempre a risolvere i problemi e vedere sorridere i nostri ospiti nonostante i piccoli problemi che possono capitare in viaggio.
E questo grazie alle centinaia di connessioni che intreccio, alle amicizie, al rispetto che ho di tutti e per tutti.
Il nostro lavoro non è solo accoglienza ma è anche aiuto, organizzazione e gentilezza.
Approfitto di questo momento per augurare a tutti voi un sereno Natale e un lieto periodo di feste.

Today our Maltese guests had a big problem with their car. So, I spent my Saturday morning at work trying to help them, even though everything was closed because it was the day before a holiday. The greatest satisfaction in my heavy work, without holidays to enjoy, without set hours, without free Sundays, is always being able to solve problems and see our guests smile despite the little issues that can happen while traveling. And this is thanks to the hundreds of connections I make, the friendships, the respect I have for everyone. Our job is not just hospitality, but also assistance, organization, and kindness. I take this moment to wish all of you a peaceful Christmas and a joyful holiday season.
