The Punta Negra Hotel is a three-storey coastal building. The ground floor is divided into two parts: one wing is given over to a spacious lounge, a snack bar a, restaurant and the kitchen, whilst the second wing contains bedrooms. The first and the second floors are devoted entirely to bedrooms, half of which have balconies overlooking the sea, and the other half of which face onto a beautiful pine forest. The hotel has a total of ninety-two rooms and a Suite all equipped with air conditioning, mini bar, colour TV and en-suite bathroom.

L'Hotel Punta Negra di Alghero, si affaccia direttamente sul mare. È ben inserito nell'ambiente naturale grazie alla bassa elevazione e alla tipica architettura mediterranea caratterizzata da ampie terrazze. La spiaggia bianca incastonata tra la scogliera regala sin dal primo momento i colori e l'emozioni del mare Mediterraneo. Sullo sfondo lo splendido golfo ci regala la vista del porto turistico e del centro storico della cittadina catalana di Alghero, ricchi di fascino e colori. Il servizio spiaggia, condizioni metereologiche permettendo, è garantito dal 15 Giugno al 15 Settembre. L'Hotel Punta Negra si sviluppa lungo la scogliera e la spiaggia su tre livelli: il piano terreno diviso in un'ala dedicata all'ampio soggiorno, al bar e alla sala ristorante con adiacente la grande cucina, e in un'ala camere; i rimanenti due piani sono interamente occupati dalle camere (metà delle stanze, tutte dotate di terrazzino, guardano il mare, l'altra metà è protesa verso la splendida pineta). L'albergo è dotato di 92 camere ed una Suite con aria condizionata, frigobar, TV color e bagno privato.
