Dear guests of our B&B,

We want to offer our sincere apologies and provide some clarity on a recent issue that we've had to address. As some of you may have noticed, our Google listing was unexpectedly merged with that of another business.

This merger has caused some issues, including the appearance of inappropriate reviews that do not belong to our B&B. Some of you have kindly brought this matter to our attention, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding.

In addition, we regret to inform you that our B&B has received threats from a presumed legal firm in connection with these misleading reviews. We want to emphasize that we have no intention of censoring or limiting your freedom to express your opinions about our service, whether they are positive or negative. However, we cannot tolerate threats or inappropriate behavior from any party.

We are taking the necessary steps to resolve this situation and have already initiated the process of separating the two Google listings to ensure your experience and our reputation.

Please continue to share your opinions and experiences with us as they are crucial for our continuous improvement. We are grateful for your trust and support, and we will work tirelessly to ensure that our B&B maintains the standards of quality you have known us for over the years.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you back to our B&B, and we hope you can continue to share your thoughts and feedback with us openly and respectfully.

Warm regards,
Giuseppe
