Being surrounded by the green of the garden and the olive trees, it is the perfect place for relaxing and tasting genuine local products, such as the extra virgin olive oil, the red wine, the flower honey and the green table olives in brine, produced at the farmhouse. Podere Luchiano is ideally situated for touring the area being close to a wealth of touristic attractions such as Todi, Orvieto, Narni and within easy reach, by road (1 hour) or rail (1 and a half hour), of Rome, Perugia and Assisi, the town of St. Podere Agrituristico Luchiano is a large, typical Umbrian farmhouse, dating back to the 17th century. It has been recently restored and transformed into a comfortable countryhouse, smartly decorated with period furniture (Naples, 19th century and Art Nouveau styles). Guests will enjoy the splendid view over the surrounding hills and valleys, the garden with its trees, the old threshing-floor built with hand-made bricks (the only one in the Umbrian territory!), the four hectare olive grove and the wood of oaks and holm-oaks. The three apartments, named Foresteria, Luna and Elio, are of different sizes and can comfortably accommodate from two up to 5 people. In the private garden in front of the apartments guests will find tables with chairs for their lunch and dinner. Swimming pool
