On Sunday we celebrated our 10 year anniversary of Casale San Pietro! We have reflected on how far we have come and thought fitting to share some before and after photos to show the hard work which has been put in to make the Casale what it is today.
We have got an incredible team at the Casale, each and every one of them works tremendously hard and we appreciate everything they have done. In particular Luiga who has been part of the Casale from when the first brick was laid by her late husband Marco, we would not be here without their hard work as well.

Keeping the beautiful mosaic snake flooring the terrace was transformed to our tranquil dinning area and outdoor lounge as well as creating a private terrace for the new Belmonte room.
Indoor was filled with solely tables and chairs for the previous restaurant, we opened it up allowing light to flood through with lots of chilled areas to relax.
One of the biggest transformations is the outdoor pool area, once wasted car park space and now our pool and gardens overlooking the olive groves
Some of our guests only ever leave the pool for food and sleep.
The gardens have been developed over the 10 years with new sections being added over time - the pool, rose garden, herb garden and the newest addition the nature pond.
Joe and I always look forward to what the next project is to make the Casale even better.
