Yoga Teachers, do you need some inspiration?
Do you fancy doing some deep inner work over the next few months?
You know...to really get clear on what you are doing, where you are going..
To have a little self project to take you through the winter months...
My 50 hour Chakras: Theory and Practice starts 21st October and is designed to give you a deeper understanding of the incredible psychotherapeutic tool yoga has offered us...beyond the simplicity of the rainbow system.
It offers you a chance to look deeper into your own patterns of belief and behaviours, to strip back your conditioning and see clearer how to move forwards and access your creativity.
It will give you some clarity on how you are teaching and enable you to offer that little bit more.
Comment CHAKRAS for more details and I'll send over the low down...
