DAL SITO UNESCO "ITINERARIO ARABO NORMANNO" - What is the Arab-Norman World Heritage Unesco site? It's a series of religious and civic structures located on the northern coast of Sicily that mix the Arab and the Norman architecture. Well, this is one of them, the church of Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio in Palermo - 1143. Take a look at 360°! It's worth while and It's a good explanation of the Arab-Norman architecture 😉.

LE MIE VIE DEI TESORI - This Sunday I was finally able 😊😊 to choose a couple of the 100 sites open on the weekends of October for the festival Le Vie dei Tesori. We visited the Church of La Gancia, built in the sixteenth century and La Magione, that dates back to the twelfth century and is part of a UNESCO site (Arab-Norman Palermo and the Cathedral Churches of Cefalù and Monreale). The last church, also called of the Holy Trinity, has a small cloister and in its internal part brings you easily back to the medieval times. Here are some photos of La Magione and of the courtyard inside La Gancia.
