It was a pleasure to welcome Jan Brokken to Palazzo Radici, during his stay in Bergamo for the presentation of his latest book, La malinconia del viaggiatore, at the Church of Sant’Andrea in Bergamo Alta.

An internationally acclaimed writer and traveller, Brokken met the audience for an evening devoted to literature, accompanied by the music of Daniele and Davide Trivella and readings by Maura Mandelli.

For us, welcoming those who travel through the world carrying stories, places and new perspectives is always a privilege!

September brings a new season of encounters.

The Landscape Festival transforms Bergamo into a living laboratory of landscape, design and contemporary ideas, bringing nature and the city into dialogue.

On September 26, Art2Night invites the city to discover its artistic heritage after dark, opening museums, galleries, historic buildings and unexpected places to art, music, theatre and performance.

And throughout the month, exhibitions such as La Forza by Chiara Camoni at Accademia Carrara offer further reasons to look at Bergamo through the eyes of art.

A September to wander, discover and see the city from new perspectives.

It was a pleasure to welcome Isaac Julien and his partner Mark Nash, together with artist Catherine Wagner and her partner Loretta Gargan, landscape architect based in San Francisco, to Palazzo Radici.

A moment of conversation and exchange, where art, architecture, landscape and different perspectives came together beneath our roof.
