Siamo entrati nella stagione autunnale con il desiderio di accogliere nuovi ospiti in modalità ancora più 'lenta' rispetto a una meravigliosa e intensa estate che ci ha regalato incontri che porteremo nel nostro cuore. Tanti nuovi amici italiani e altrettanti provenienti dall'estero e io, che ho sempre amato gli atlanti con le mappe e le pagine dedicate alle bandiere, oggi immagino di mettere tanti pin colorati sulla cartina geografica del mondo quanti sono i paesi degli ospiti che abbiamo conosciuto. Perché il viaggio non è solo quello che si compie visitando luoghi, ma sono anche le esperienze che si realizzano quando apri la tua casa per accogliere chi arriva da vicino e da lontano. We have entered the autumn season with a desire to welcome new guests in an even slower way, after a wonderful and intense summer that brought us so many encounters we will carry in our hearts.
Loads of new Italian friends, and just as many from abroad. And I, who have always loved atlases, with their maps and pages with endless flags, now imagine placing colourful pins on the world map, one for every country our guests have come from.
Because travelling is not only about visiting places. It is also about the experiences we create when we open our home and welcome those who come from near and far.
