At the Garberhof, the ultimate treasure isn't gold or coins, but a curated selection of over 350 premium wines from around the globe. Back in 2020, host Klaus teamed up with Hilde Van den dries from the Calvenschlössl winery to plant a private vineyard directly behind the hotel. Now, four years later, guests can finally enjoy the very first estate-bottled wine: "Senza Peso"—a name that translates perfectly to "lightness." 🍇

Have you ever sat in a room where you can literally smell the harvest happening right beneath your feet? 🍷

The rustic, wood-panelled stube with its benches and tables made of old solid wood is one of the oldest in South Tyrol. Located directly underneath it is one of the wine cellars. During the grape harvest in autumn and the processing of the grapes in this cellar, you can literally smell the new wine right inside the stube. 🍇🪵
