EN Our Residence is situated in the small village of Tignale, away from the tourist crowds, and can be easily reached via an 8 km panoramic quay from the lake. In 1972 our grandparents from farmers and breeders turned into entrepreneurs building one of the first accomodation facilities in Tignale. Since then, management has passed from generation to generation, bringing continous improvements and

innovations, but mantaining traditional values: hospitality, bond with the territory, contact with nature, authenticity and passion for this job. You can choose among 10 functional and modern apartments with 1,2 or 3 bedrooms and terraces with lake view. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering and every day we offer fresh bread rolls and croissants right on the doorstep. In addition, from May to September we offer a bar service where you can enjoy delicious snacks, coffees, drinks, refreshing cocktails and having aperitifs with friends. Good restaurants with typical food at fair prices can be reached on foot. IT Il nostro Residence è situato nel piccolo villaggio di Tignale, lontano dalla folla di turisti, ed è facilmente raggiungibile tramite una strada panoramica di 8 km dal lago. Nel 1972 i nostri nonni da agricoltori ed allevatori si trasformarono in imprenditori, costruendo una delle prime strutture ricettive di Tignale. Da allora, la gestione è passata di generazione in generazione, apportando continui miglioramenti ed innovazioni, seppur mantenendo i valori tradizionali: ospitalità, legame con il territorio, contatto con la natura, autenticità e passione per questo lavoro. La struttura è costituita da 10 appartamenti funzionali ed equipaggiati, con 1,2 o 3 camere da letto e terrazze vista lago. Ogni appartamento ha un angolo cottura completamente attrezzato e ogni giorno su prenotazione troverete panini freschi e cornetti direttamente davanti alla vostra porta di casa. Inoltre, da maggio a settembre offriamo il servizio Bar dove è possibile gustare deliziosi snack, bere un caffé o rinfrescanti cocktail e fare aperitivo con gli amici. Buoni ristoranti con piatti tipici a prezzi equi sono raggiungibili a piedi tramite un marciapiede vista lago. DE Unsere Ferienanlage liegt im kleinen Dorf Tignale, abseits von Tourismusmassen, und sie ist bequem durch eine 8-Km-paronamische Uferstrasse zu erreichen. In 1972 wurden unsere Großeltern von Landwirten und Züchtern zu Unternehmern und sie bauten eine der ersten Unterkünfte in Tignale. Seitdem ist das Management von Generation zu Generation übergegangen und bringt kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Innovationen mit sich, während traditionelle Werte beibehalten werden: Gastfreundschaft, Verbindung zum Territorium, Kontakt mit der Natur, Authentizität und Leidenschaft für diesen Job. Die Struktur besteht aus 10 funktionale und moderne Ferienwohnungen mit 1,2 oder 3 Schlafzimmern und Terrassen mit Seeblick. Jede Wohnung verfügt über eine komplett- ausgestattete Kochnische zur Selbstverpflegung und jeden Tag bieten wir Ihnen frische Brötchen und Croissants direkt vor die Haustür an. Darüber hinaus bieten wir von Mai bis September einen Barservice an, in dem Sie köstliche Snacks, Kaffee, erfrischende Cocktails und Aperitifs genießen können. Gute Restaurants mit typischem Essen zu fairen Preisen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.
