L’appartamento e’ situato al piano seminterrato, molto luminoso e confortevole. Dispone di 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno e di un amplio locale con cucina e soggiorno.
Our spacious and comfortable apartment is surrounded by a large enclosed garden for your exclusive use. Your pets are welcome! The apartment is located on the lower ground floor and is very bright and comfortable. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and large open kitchen and living room.

APPARTAMENTO “GOLDEN DELICIOUS” AL PIANO TERRA CON GIARDINO: 2-6 posti letto

Il nostro appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato e dispone di tutti i conforts moderni in un antico edifico di 300 anni! Le antiche volti a botte nella cucina/soggiorno e nella camera da letto danno quel senso di antico calore che non puoi trovare negli edifici moderni. L'appartamento è situato al piano terra e si affaccia direttamente sul giardino.

La cucina è completamente fornita ed è dotata inoltre della tipica stufa a legna. La stanza da letto è amplia e accogliente: dispone di un letto matrimoniale, di un letto a castello e di un divano letto. Sia la cucina che la stanza si affacciano dirattamente sul giardino. Il bagno è fornito di doccia e di lavatrice. L'appartamento è riscaldato autonomamente.

Dal giardino si può ammirare la magnifica vista delle Dolomiti del Brenta e del Monte Roen. Il giardino è spazioso e recintato, ideale per famiglie con
bambini. Disponiamo inoltre di ombrellone, sedie a sdraio e barbecue. Offrimo anche il posto macchina privato e rimessa per attrezzature sportive.

APARTMENT "GOLDEN DELICIOUS" ON THE GROUND FLOOR WITH GARDEN: Sleeps 2-6

Our apartment was recently renovated and has all the modern comforts in a 300 year old building! Ancient barrel vault ceilings in the kitchen / living room and the bedroom give the feeling of ancient warmth that can not be found in modern buildings. The apartment is located on the ground floor and directly overlooks the garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a typical wood stove. The bedroom is cozy and has a double bed, a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Both the kitchen and the bedroom are directly connected to the garden. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The apartment is heated independently.

From the garden you can admire the magnificent view of the Brenta Dolomites and Monte Roen. The garden is spacious and fenced, ideal for families with
children. We also have umbrella, deck chairs and a barbecue. It has a private parking space and garage for sports equipment.
