Our organic farm or "Azienda Agricola" ships our Certified Organic Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil w

The Sillitti organic farm is individually run by the owner, olive grower Silivia Sillitti, who continues a family tradition in agriculture rooted in the land over many generations. Situated in a hilly zone (alt. 450m) in the heart of Sicily—the Contrada Giulfo Grottarossa of the Caltanissetta province—the farm enjoys a dry climate. Together, with the specific qualities of the soil, limits the development of plant diseases and confers a distinctively pleasant taste of the products. The land covers 90 hectares, rationally divided between aboreal plantings and sowed areas, allowing for constant quantities of the different types of product. Competency, love for nature, and state-of-the-art technologies are Sillitti's strong points.
