Ancient house completely renovated, with magnificent sea views. inserted in the 'old medieval village of Migliano in the hills between Lucca (20 km.), Camaiore (13 km.) and the beautiful beaches of Viareggio (20 km.), on top of a hill (360 mt.) surrounded by woods and olive groves. The house has a large living-dining room with kitchenette. One bedroom with double bed and a room with bunk beds for

2 people and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Another room has a wood-burning oven to cook bread, pizza, etc.. The house is furnished with great attention to detail, some still with original antique furniture.The house overlooks a large garden with a cool and shady pergola equipped with table and chairs to be able to have lunch. From the garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills with a lovely view of the sea.
