Il "prima" e "dopo" di ogni ospite che varca questo cancello.

Si arriva carichi di frenesia, con l'abitudine di dover fare tutto di corsa per non "perdere tempo". Poi, bastano un paio di giorni immersi nel silenzio, l'aria della Sardegna e i nostri ritmi autentici... e la fretta sparisce.

Gli ultimi giorni si impara di nuovo a fare le cose con calma, a godersi la colazione senza guardare l'orologio e a riscoprire il valore del vero relax. Qui non si perde tempo, si ritrova se stessi.

Se anche tu hai bisogno di staccare la spina e dimenticare la corsa contro il tempo, il Sa Jana ti aspetta.

Oggi vi portiamo in cucina con noi per scoprire i segreti del Biancomangiare, un dolce semplice, delicato e gustosissimo. Dalla scelta del latte di ottima qualità all’uso del nostro miele di eucalipto a Km 0, ogni ingrediente racconta la nostra terra 🤩

Il tocco magico? Un pizzico di acqua di fiori d’arancio e la nostra polvere di foglie di limone per un aroma unico.

Un dolce che non è "banale", ma autentico 🥰
