Tra una mano di pittura, il profumo dell’erba appena tagliata e un po’ di relax. Una settimana intensa per preparare la Cova alla nuova stagione, nutrendomi della bellezza dell’isola nella bassa stagione.

È proprio qui, sulla nostra pedana vista mare, che tra fine giugno e inizio luglio ci ritroveremo per due settimane di Yoga, Pilates ed Embodiment Coaching. Un invito a rallentare, ad ascoltare il corpo e a lasciarsi rigenerare dall’energia dell’isola.

Qui la stagione è già iniziata e non vediamo l’ora che sia lo stesso anche per noi. Uscire di casa, fare pochi passi e trovarsi nella pace dello scoglio immersi in quel mare turchese.. non è un sogno. È vero!

L’isola di San Pietro ha un altro ritmo, un altro colore. A luglio ci sono ancora delle case libere alla Cova e luglio, si sa, è il mese più bello, perché poco affollato e con un clima meravigliosamente caldo.

Here, the season has already begun, and we can’t wait for it to start for us too. Stepping out of the house, taking just a few steps and finding yourself amidst the tranquillity of the rocks, surrounded by that turquoise sea… it’s not a dream, it’s true!

The island of San Pietro has a different rhythm, a different colour. In July, there are still some properties available in La Cova, and July, as we all know, is the best month, because it’s not too crowded and the weather is wonderfully warm.
