Spaghetti al pomodoro. Pięć składników. Smak, który zostaje na zawsze. 🍝🍅

Sycylijskie pomidory to nie to samo co pomidory skądkolwiek indziej. Słońce tu jest inne, ziemia jest inna — i to czuć w każdym kęsie.

Przepis, który zabierzesz do domu:

🍅 400 g spaghetti
🍅 500 g świeżych pomidorów (najlepiej sycylijskich)
🧄 3 ząbki czosnku
🌿 Świeża bazylia
🫒 Oliwa z oliwek extra virgin
🧂 Sól, pieprz

Czosnek zeszklić na oliwie. Dodać pokrojone pomidory, sól, pieprz. Gotować 15 minut. Ugotować spaghetti al dente, wymieszać z sosem. Bazylia na końcu.

A recipe to take home with you:

🍅 400 g spaghetti
🍅 500 g fresh tomatoes (Sicilian ones, ideally)
🧄 3 garlic cloves
🌿 Fresh basil
🫒 Extra virgin olive oil
🧂 Salt, pepper

Gently fry the garlic in olive oil. Add chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes. Cook spaghetti al dente, toss with the sauce. Add basil at the end.

Rezerwat Zingaro to jedno z tych miejsc, które trudno opisać słowami — więc lepiej po prostu jedź.

Dzikie konie chodzące swobodnie po szlakach. Żółwie morskie wynurzające się z wody. Delfiny. Latające ryby. I tego lata — wieloryby w zatoce.

A to dopiero połowa atrakcji.

Trzy szlaki trekkingowe wzdłuż wybrzeża — każdy inny, każdy niesamowity. Albo wsiadasz na motorówkę lub katamaran i zwiedzasz rezerwat od strony morza — groty, jaskinie, krystaliczna woda w kolorach, których nie ma na żadnej palecie.
