Casa Colleverde is an “all suite” B&B located on the Liguria/Tuscany border, at the foot of the Apuan Alps. It is immersed in the green hills of the ‘Colline del Sole’ and has a privileged position, from which enchanting views can be enjoyed of the Val di Magra and the Ligurian-Tyrrhenian sea coast, from the mouth of the river Magra to Viareggio and Livorno.
The house has been beautifully renovated, down to the smallest details, to be cosy, comfortable and environmentally-friendly, for our guests. On the ground floor there are several common areas for moments of total relaxation, as well as two suites for guests. On the first floor we have our third suite, a kitchen, a dining room and a terrace with breath-taking views of Versilia. The garden has a beautiful infinity pool melding into the surrounding landscape, equipped with umbrellas and sun beds, a “Lounge” area, barbecue and a picnic area.
The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling systems and free internet access. The three suites are all exquisitely furnished in a contemporary modern style and are equipped with a comfortable private bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as all the comforts needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
