Ci sono serate che non si possono improvvisare.
Un gazebo bianco, il mare che si scurisce lentamente, le candele che prendono il posto della luce. Un tavolo apparecchiato per voi due, e solo per voi due, con fiori freschi, lino e un servizio che si fa dimenticare.
Qui il lusso non alza la voce. Si siede accanto e vi lascia parlare.

Breakfast takes 15 minutes here. Written on the menu, in plain sight.
Because nothing on this table was waiting under a heat lamp. The eggs are poached when you order them. The omelette is cracked and cooked for you. The bottarga is shaved on the spot.
This is not a buffet, it's the first meal of the day, treated like any other.

Some things are worth the wait.
