Castro also known as "the pearl of Salento" is one of the most beautiful places in Salento. When you walk down the apartment's stairs you will face the blue/green coloured sea (Castro was again awarded with the blue flag). Walk 150 meters with this beautiful view and you will find the town square with bars, restaurants and a supermarket. If you like to hike, go up from the town square and reach the old town of Castro.
