🇬🇧In July, we had the pleasure of celebrating some truly special guests: the Speri family, who were named 2026 Tourism Ambassadors by the Cavallino-Treporti Municipal Administration for their deep bond with Ca’ Savio and Treporti from 1948 to 2026.
Their story with us began in 1948 with Omero and Luciana, and since then, nearly 80 years of summers have brought four generations—from sons and daughters to great-grandchildren coming all the way from New York—back to the beach of Campeggio del Sole. “From those early post-war years to the lifelong bonds created with local families like the Zanellas, this beach has become our second home.”
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the Speri family—and to the many guests who, just like them, return every year—for making Ca’ Savio and Campeggio del Sole a part of your story, passing this deep love from generation to generation, summer after summer.

🇮🇹A luglio abbiamo avuto il piacere di festeggiare degli ospiti speciali: la famiglia Speri, nominata Ambasciatrice del Turismo 2026 dall’Amministrazione Comunale di Cavallino-Treporti per lo storico legame che la unisce a Ca’ Savio e Treporti dal 1948 ad oggi.
La loro storia con noi è iniziata nel 1948 con Omero e Luciana e, da allora, quasi 80 anni di estati hanno riportato sulla spiaggia del Campeggio del Sole ben quattro generazioni: dai figli ai nipoti, fino ai pronipoti giunti persino da New York. “Da quei primi anni del dopoguerra fino ai legami indissolubili creati con le famiglie del posto come i Zanella, questa spiaggia è diventata la nostra seconda casa.”
Un grazie di cuore alla famiglia Speri—e ai tantissimi ospiti che come loro tornano ogni anno—per aver reso Ca’ Savio e il Campeggio del Sole parte della propria storia, tramandando questo profondo amore di generazione in generazione, estate dopo estate.

🇩🇪Im Juli hatten wir das Vergnügen, ganz besondere Gäste zu feiern: die Familie Speri, die von der Gemeindeverwaltung Cavallino-Treporti für ihre tiefe Verbundenheit mit Ca’ Savio und Treporti von 1948 bis heute zum Botschafter des Tourismus 2026 ernannt wurde.
​Ihre Geschichte bei uns begann 1948 mit Omero und Luciana. Seitdem haben fast 80 Sommer vier Generationen – von den Kindern über die Enkel bis hin zu den Urenkeln, die sogar aus New York angereist sind – an den Strand des Campeggio del Sole zurückgeführt. „Von diesen ersten Nachkriegsjahren bis hin zu den tiefen Freundschaften mit einheimischen Familien wie der Familie Zanella ist dieser Strand unser zweites Zuhause geworden.“
​Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Familie Speri – und an die vielen Gäste, die wie sie jedes Jahr wiederkommen –, dass Sie Ca’ Savio und den Campeggio del Sole zu einem Teil Ihrer Geschichte machen und diese tiefe Liebe von Generation zu Generation, Sommer für Sommer, weitergeben.
